When connecting to NovoPro through NovoConnect, the sound may be turned off/muted. In order to fix this problem please follow these steps:
1. Click and open the "NovoConnect Software"
2. On the bottom of the "NovoConnect Software" popup click on "Preferences & Tools"
3. Click on "Settings"
4. Make sure that you are on the "Unmuted" setting.
5. Checking for updates is also vital in the functionality of the program which is located within the same box.
6. After you are on the "Unmuted" setting and have checked and installed updates the program should work with audio.
