Modified on Wed, 28 Dec, 2022 at 8:10 AM

If the Smart board is showing that the Wi-Fi is not connected please take the following steps:

1. Press the "home button" (Located on the middle bottom of the smartboard)

2. Go to the settings menu located on the bottom left of the screen.

3. Press "network".

4. On the top of the menu there should be a Wi-Fi on/off switch.

5. Make sure the Wi-Fi option is on the "On" position.

6. This step should take about 30 seconds to enable the connection to the Wi-Fi.

7. If this process still does not enable you to connect to the Wi-Fi please switch off the Smart board.

(The switch is located beneath the power cable on the back of the Smart board. Alternatively you can unplug the smartboard itself and plug it back in after 30 seconds.)

8. If there still is an issue please put in a ticket to the tech team.
