If the keyboard doesnt work on your smart board please check the batteries. There's a switch on the side of the keyboard. If you turn it off and on again there should be a green light on top of the keyboard. If there's no light or its red then it needs new batteries. You can ask the office manager for two AAA batteries for the keyboard. There also might be a back up keyboard in the cabinet behind the smart board. You can plug that in to a USB port (make sure it doesn't say "service" or else it wont work correctly) and it should get you by until the batteries can be replaced.
