When connecting your Surface to your Novo Pro/ TV displays and the image on the displays is lagging or slow please verify that your Surface is up to date with Windows.
To verify If your Windows needs updating please try the following steps:
1. Go to Start menu then select the gear icon (Settings)
2. Select "Update and Security" to update your Windows
3. Complete Windows update and reboot your Surface
If your Windows is up to date please reboot and try reconnecting to your Novo Pro.
