If your classroom or office phone is not functioning properly, restarting it will probably solve the problem. You can do this by unplugging the network cable from the bottom of the phone, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging the network cable back in. Wait for the phone to start up, this can take 1-2 minutes. Once it is up and running again, test it out. If it is still not working, please submit a ticket to the Technology Department for the issue.
