Unattended Call Pickup

Pick up a call ringing on another phone.

● At the dial tone, press *97 + extension.

● Press Send.

Blind Transfer

A Blind Transfer will display the Caller ID of the call on the phone receiving the transfer.

● While on a call press Transfer

● Press the Blindbutton

● Dial the extension to which the call will be transferred

● Press the Sendbutton

Transfer To Voicemail

● While on a call press Transfer

● Press the Blindbutton

● 0 + extension to transfer directly to voicemail

● Press the Sendbutton

Place A Call In Park

● While on a call press Transfer

● Press *37and listen for the Park Spot number the system assigns (i.e. 01)

● Press Transfer

Retrieve A Call From Park

● At the dial tone, press *37+ the Park Spot number the system assigned to the call (i.e. *3701)

● Press Send

Listen To Your Voicemail From Your Phone

● At the dial tone, press *99

● Enter your voicemail password at the “Password” prompt

● Follow the audio menu

Listen To Your Voicemail From Another Phone

● At the dial tone, press *98

● Enter the extension at the “Mailbox” prompt

● Enter the extension’s password at the “Password” prompt

● Follow the audio menu

Set Up Buddy Watch

● Press and hold an unassigned Line Key

● Enter first name in First Namefield

● Enter last name in Last Namefield

● Enter extension in Contactfield

● Navigate to and select Buddy Watch

● Select Enable

● Press Save

● The Buddy Watch icon will display:

    o Green if available

    o Red if busy

● Note: Your Buddy Watch line is also a Speed Dial
